These are the class notes I use when lecturing. I'll try to post them not too long after each class. Note that each set of notes may contain more than one class's worth of material, depending on how fast we go; the dates given are the first day that I used the notes in class. Figures may be missing from the posted notes, since I hand-draw them in my printed copy; I will go back and fill them in as time permits.
